During Literacy Oysters were finding out more about a character by
‘Hot-Seating’.  This involves one child taking on the role of the character and the other asking questions!  Children are able to use their imaginations to develop what they already know about the character. 
We were being Jake from Jake and the Babysitter, Jake and his Cousin Sidney and The Day Jake Vacuumed.
The following day the children produced amazing character descriptions of Jake.
